After doing a little bit of research, I believe the movie (Tex and the Lord of the Deep) was made by Italian director Duccio Tessari, and starred Giuliano Gemma, Carlo Mucari, William Berger & Isabel Russinova. Released in 1985, the western was based on the adventure of the hero Tex from the comic strip by Giovanni L. Originally in Italian, but was translated into Spanish for this release.
