Attack of the 50 Foot Woman Vintage Movie Poster Lithograph Hand Pulled S2 Art. Condition: Mint, unused, never framed nor hung. This is a fine art lithograph of the original movie poster titled. The Attack of the 50 ft Woman. The vintage one-sheet was originally created in 1958 to advertise the release of Attack of the 50 Ft. This lithograph was re-created, in 2002, on a rare antique 19th century hand-pulled printing press in affiliation with the American Film Institute’s “100 American Classic Movie Posters”. This is the same printing press that was used to create the vintage posters over 100 years ago. There are only 5 of these antique presses in existence, today. Hand drawn plates are made, one for each colour, and then the plates are hand pulled through the vintage press one colour at a time. This is the exact same method that was used to create the beautiful vintage movie posters of the past. The result is vibrant rich colours and crisp clean lines. This is a true work of art. ATTACK OF THE 50 FT WOMAN, 1958. This is an original, first release U. 40×60 heavy stock poster for the schlock horror masterpiece. Arguably the most iconic movie poster image of all time and needing of little in the way of introduction. In fine/;very fine condition. A clean, repaired edge tear 4-5 inch range extending down to the’TA’ in’ATTACK. Some creasing of the kind common with heavy stock posters. Looks to be a little retouching in the lower black credits field where some of the creases may have shed a little ink. NO added pieces or recreated artwork. NOT a heavily restored poster and displays extremely well. Very rare in this format. ATTACK OF THE 50 FT WOMAN, 1958. This is an original, first release U. 40×60 heavy stock poster for the schlock horror masterpiece. Arguably the most iconic movie poster image of all time and needing of little in the way of introduction. In fine/;very fine condition. A clean, repaired edge tear 4-5 inch range extending down to the’TA’ in’ATTACK. Some creasing of the kind common with heavy stock posters. Looks to be a little retouching in the lower black credits field where some of the creases may have shed a little ink. NO added pieces or recreated artwork. NOT a heavily restored poster and displays extremely well. Very rare in this format. The vintage one-sheet was originally created in 1958 to advertise the release of Attack of the 50 Ft. This lithograph was re-created, in 2002, on a rare antique 19th century hand-pulled printing press in affiliation with the American Film Institute’s “100 American Classic Movie Posters”. This is the same printing press that was used to create the vintage posters over 100 years ago. There are only 5 of these antique presses in existence, today. Hand drawn plates are made, one for each colour, and then the plates are hand pulled through the vintage press one colour at a time. This is the exact same method that was used to create the beautiful vintage movie posters of the past. The result is vibrant rich colours and crisp clean lines. This is a true work of art.
