This listing is for a Vtg Japanese Poster The Killers Of Kilimanjaro 1959 RARE Variant 7×10.5 Ad Art. This piece was acquired by a family member during their time in the service and was saved when brought home. It is an interesting piece with a lot of action going on for a static image! The cool graphic text font and classic vintage design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. In colonial Africa, American railroad engineer Robert Adamson (Robert Taylor) sets out from Mombasa, Kenya, to Lake Victoria to plot out a route for Africa’s first transcontinental railroad. He is accompanied on this treacherous task by Jane Carlton (Anne Aubrey), whose father and fiancé have both disappeared in the wilds of the African veldt, and a spunky young Arab boy, Pasha (John Dimech), whose slave-trader father, Ben Ahmed (Grégoire Aslan), is working with a rival railroad firm. It is in good condition, with no major damage. Comes framed, as found. Good colors, no major fading some coloring from age as is natural. Was folded at one point- see photos.
